How long in advance do I have to make my reservation?

Accepted Answer

We recommend contacting us to check our availability as soon as you decide to use our services.  We have made reservations one year in advance or more. We are willing to take last minute orders, however, you are at risk of us being unavailable for your date or deliver to your party or paying a rush fee,.  We’d recommend you not to place your order last minute, even if it is a very small party.

What is your reservation policy?

In order to reserve your event, we require a signed contract and an initial non refundable deposit of 50%, which reserves the event date and time. The remaining balance is due a day prior to the delivery date.

How can I pay for my reservation?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, check or cash as method of payment.

How much is your Delivery/Pick up Fee?

Delivery fees are based in the distance from our show room, time and service required.

Can you service an event outdoors?

Yes! We love to service outdoor events.

What is your outdoor service weather policy?

Accepted Answer

No one can control the weather – Therefore, in the event of inclement weather the following policy applies:
Once Decor has been completed or delivered, We are not responsible for inclement wind or weather causing damage to decor, or cancellation of an event. House of Reese also cannot be responsible for damage caused by crowds or event staff attempting to move or handle decor.

Do you hold catering permits?

Yes! House of Reese is fully licensed, permitted and Insured. All House of Reese employees hold a current Food Handlers License. Documents are provided upon request!
